Shared housing at The Haven is available in 2-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom apartments, and 4-bedroom apartments, each with different features available to match your needs.

When selecting a floor plan for shared living, pay close attention to the:

• Number of bathrooms (Unless you are okay with sharing, you want to make sure you have your own bathroom).
• Size and layout of common areas—most apartments come with a spacious living room, which can enhance your shared living space, allowing time outside of your room and even space for social gatherings.

Two-Bedroom Floor Plans

We have several options for two-bedroom apartments. At The Haven, most two-bedroom apartments come with two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen area. The bedrooms are located on the top floor, leaving the first floor for the living and kitchen areas, ensuring plenty of room. Some units also come with a private porch. Our two-bedroom apartment floor plans are around 1,046 square feet.

Three-Bedroom Floor Plans

Additionally, we offer the option of a 3-bedroom floor plan, which will also include 3.5 bathrooms. Our 3-bedroom floor plans include a shared kitchen and living space where, depending on the floor plan, bedrooms are on the upper floor, leaving the main floor space for the kitchen and living room only, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Our 3-bedroom apartment options typically are 1,416 square feet.

Four-Bedroom Floor Plans

We also offer the option of a 4-bedroom floor plan, which will also include 4.5 bathrooms. Our 4-bedroom floor plans include a shared kitchen, living space, and bathrooms. All apartments also come with a washer and dryer. Our 4-bedroom apartment options are around 1,626 square feet. Our 4-bedroom apartments have a kitchen, living area, and porch. Depending on the floor plan you choose, one bedroom may be on the main floor along with the living room and kitchen area.
